What is Astral Journeys?

Some places can only be discovered with your eyes closed.
Some answers can only be heard in the silence.

Astral Journeys is a collection of guided meditation experiences combining spoken guidance, subtle atmospheric sound and crystal singing bowls to take you beyond the noise of everyday life and into a place of stillness, reflection and inner discovery.

Astral Journeys began as an experience I created for people visiting The Breath Hut - a journey into a world they could explore with their eyes closed.

Now, I've created that same journey for you to experience wherever you are. Simply put on your headphones, close your eyes and begin.

No two journeys are ever quite the same. You may follow the same path, but what unfolds along the way is uniquely your own. There is nothing you need to see, feel or achieve - simply follow the journey with an open mind and allow the experience to unfold in its own way.

Every journey is different.
But each one begins with a single breath.

Releasing What No Longer Serves You

Beginning with a single breath, you'll leave the noise of the everyday world behind and enter the Great Stillness.

From there, the journey unfolds into the Crystal Sanctuary - an inner landscape of stillness, reflection and discovery.

Along the way, you'll encounter a Guide of Light. Your guide may appear as someone familiar, someone you've loved or miss, or perhaps simply as a presence you've never known before.

Release what no longer serves you.
Receive what you need.
Remember the peace that has always been within you.
Return with space for whatever comes next.

You may arrive carrying more than you realise.
But you don't have to leave with it.

There comes a moment in all our lives when we realise we've been
carrying something for far too long.

A fear.
A disappointment.
A regret.
A belief about ourselves

that quietly became our truth.
