Candle Lit Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath

Join us for a relaxing one hour sound bath inside The Breath Hut.

Surrounded by candlelight, you will be guided into deep relaxation through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls.

Sound baths help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and allow the body to rest deeply.

Perfect if you are looking to unwind at the start of the week.
