Sunrise Breathwork & Sound Bath

This early morning session inside The Breath Hut offers a peaceful way to awaken the body and mind before the day begins.

We start with gentle breathwork, helping to clear the mind, energise the body, and bring awareness to the breath.

From there, you’ll settle into a deeply relaxing crystal singing bowl sound bath, allowing the soothing vibrations to calm the nervous system and create a sense of spaciousness and clarity.

Starting the day in this way can set a calm tone that ripples through everything that follows.
